White Shadow Box Frame, Deep Display Object Framing - Choose Size, Depth and Insert Colours
Handmade in UK shadow box 3D display frame. Frame precious items in this hand crafted box frame. Small to Large sizes and various inner depths, this frame is perfect for framing keepsakes, wedding flowers, models, collectibles, taxidermy, 3D art, first shoes, medals, collage and more.
Choose frame size based on the display area needed, select your mountcard insert colours and inner frame depth from the available options. You can display your frame in landscape or portrait layout.
Your frame will be sent in kit form with easy to follow assembly instructions and fixings for wall hanging. Watch our frame assembly video and see how easy it is to put the frame together.
Frames are made with glass fronts upto and including size 12x12". Acrylic/Styrene fronts are used for larger sizes (detailed below) - acrylic looks just as good as glass and keeps the frame safe and lightweight for wall hanging. 9x20", 11x15", 12x15”, 12x16" and the 20x60cm (love frame) have the option to choose glass instead of acrylic for a little extra cost.
This contemporary frame is finished in a matt white on sustainable wood.

Choose your frame based on the display area size you need. Lay out the items you want to frame in the display arrangement you require, then measure for length x width x depth display area you are going to need for your items. When you have your measurements, choose the frame size you need based on the below mentioned display area measurements and choose depth and mountcard insert colours from the available options.

INNER FRAME DEPTH
The inner frame depth is created by adding a pine wood 'box' in the frame. You can stain or paint the pine, or leave it in its natural finish. Available depths are:
46mm (ca. 1.75")
70mm (ca. 2.75")
92mm (ca. 3.6")
FRONT MOUNT SURROUND AND BACKING CARD COLOURS
The Front Mount is the surround of the display area (the 'cut out'/aperture section), the Backing Card is where your objects are placed.
NEED A CUSTOM MOUNT DESIGN OR SPECIFIC APERTURE (CUT OUT) SIZE?
We can do this for a small additional cost. Please sketch out what you need with accurate measurements (millimetres please for specific aperture sizes), photo it and upload your mount design file. Do double check all your given measurements add up to be the same glass/acrylic size as the frame you are purchasing to avoid delays! If you have ordered other items, they will be a little delayed for shipment until ready to go in one consignment.
WANT YOUR FRAME WITH A DOUBLE MOUNT?
Add some pizzazz to your frame by adding a double mount, choose a contrasting colour that will highlight a colour within your display, or a same colour/colour tone for extra interest and a high-end look. HOW TO FIX YOUR ITEMS
There are a number of options (none of which we supply, we are supplying you with the frame and fixings only), here are some helpful suggestions for you: glue (permanent and semi-permanent), glue 'dots' (available in permanent and semi-permanent options), double-sided sticky velcro (can be bought in tape or dot/circle form), tacks (the backing card is 1.2mm thick and behind that there is a 2mm thick MDF board - so you can tack/nail your item into place if needed).
