So sorry in posting this message late but everything just takes so long with 2 small children to look after. I just wanted to say thank you very much - for the great kit & frame but most of all for the exceptional customer service. Your help and additional boxes meant that the kit could be used in just the way that we wanted it. Wow the castings are just gorgeous and even better than i imagined. The detail is fantastic. I am so thrilled to have a permenant reminder of how tiny our daughters hands and feet are and a great gift for them when they are older. I had loads of fun with this product it was easy 2 us after practice run and my daughter also enjoyed herself it was bit tricky to use bags so used diferent container 2 make it easier but apart from that it was great. The final product is amazing and everyone keeps asking where I had it done and cant believe I did it myself thanks and will look forward 2 making many more.

I called your customer services on Friday trying desperately to get an order sent out to me immediately to arrive by Saturday because the other company I had used had let me down. I wanted to thank you for your efficiency in getting my order processed on Friday afternoon and couriered to me for Saturday delivery. It arrived just in time and I was so pleased to have it ready for giving to the recipient at a family function this weekend - it would not have been the same telling them that it was "in the post" so thank you for saving the day! Thank you so much for the great customer service, is so rare in these days that someone care. Will recommend you to other people and friends.

Purchased the baby casting kit, fabulous fun with wriggly feet, takes a little practice run, better to use cooler water but ordered more as the results were beautiful even if we didn't do it right first time! Fun and an amazing keepsake if you can be organized enough-get all your measured stuff ready and work in one room with a calm baby! You need to be super fast. Service is second to none, can't fault it, would recommend to anyone, fun, with beautiful results...
i recently brought the baby casting kit, it was a very fun experience with our little baby girl of 3 months to keep her feet and hands still and thats while she was asleep but we managed to get some good ones, they look absolutely stunning and love the details and its a great memorable thing to keep. it is now hanging proud on my wall also like to thanks you for giving us your details incase we got alittle lost with the instruction which thankfully we didnt as it was very straight forward. I will definitely be recommending you in the future
Bought babies hand and foot print kit just before Xmas. I've finally got it finished and up on the wall today and it looks amazing!! Memories to cherish forever! Was easier to do than I expected and just wish I'd done it when my son was just born rather than 8months old. Instructions easy to follow and fast service

The ear-rings are just gorgeous - and my friend Jo admired them and got so excited when I told her they were made from my baby's REAL hand and footprints - she just HAD to have some too!! I have worn them every day since I've had them - I'm becoming a very sad doting mummy!!!
