In the in unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item/items within 7 working days of receipt in the same condition as it was sent and we will give you (the original buyer) a refund for the cost of the item, which includes any delivery costs you may have paid to have had your item/items sent to you. We will issue the refund upon our receipt of the returned item/items and return postage costs will be at your cost.
Please contact us either by email or phone to inform us of your return, we will advise you of our return address details along with any other relevant information.
If the item/items is damaged or we have sent you an incorrect item, then we will resolve to your satisfaction by either replacing any damaged parts or arranging collection of the incorrect item/items at our cost.
Personalised Jewellery items - due to the nature of how these are made, regrettably we cannot accept returns on these items unless a mistake has been made by us. If we have made a mistake, then do not worry, we will resolve it! However, to date, we have managed 100% accuracy and hope to continue to maintain our excellent track record! :-)
