IF YOU ALREADY HAVE PRINTS THAT WE CAN USE:

> if you already have good handprints, footprints, etc that you can email or post to us and we can use, then we can reduce the price of a prints jewellery piece by £5 - please email us before ordering so we can ensure your prints are ok to use.  A few smudges on any baby hand and footprints will be ok as we can remove these for the jewellery.

ADDITIONAL JEWELLERY ITEMS:

> handprints, footprints etc jewellery:  if you wish to order additional and identical charms, pendants, earrings, cufflinks, brooches etc then we can reduce the price by £5 for each additional piece - but they must be identical.  We can offer this saving due to the fact that the hard work of making the special stamp we use for the prints jewellery has already been done, so additional and identical pieces can be much cheaper.  Please order and pay for your items, letting us know in the comments box that you are using the same prints on the order, and we will refund you the discount within 24 hours.

> fingerprint jewellery:  if you wish to order additional charms, pendants, earrings, cufflinks, brooches etc using exactly the same fingerprint, then we can offer you a £5 discount per piece of fingerprint jewellery, regardless of what additional shape and piece you want to buy.  (So in this case, it doesn't need to be an identical piece).  Please order and pay for your items, letting us know that you wish to use the same fingerprint for the charms and pendants etc on your order.  We will refund you the discount within 24 hours.

FUTURE, REPEAT ORDERS:

> handprints, footprints etc jewellery:  we keep all prints on file, so if you wish to repeat your order in the future, then we can also offer £5 off the price.  Please email us or go ahead and order the item you want and at the checkout, use the code PRINTS where the £5 will be deducted.  We just need your name and address (and your original order number if you can find it, but no worries if you can't!) so we can locate your original order details.

> fingerprint jewellery - we also keep the fingerprints and can offer a £5 discount for any repeated orders.  Please email us to let us know first, so we can check we still have the fingerprints.
